To support a growing healthcare technology team, the full-time Web Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain high-performing applications while integrating AI-assisted coding tools and collaborating with product owners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Design and maintain Rails and JavaScript applications that support core features and mobile applications
Develop data models, data load pipelines, and SQL scripts in MySQL and Snowflake
Integrate AI-assisted programming tools into development workflows to optimize queries and accelerate application development
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
5+ years of experience with SQL database development in cloud environments
Strong hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data platforms like Snowflake
Experience using AI development assistants for coding tasks
Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team structure
