Freelance Videographer/Editor (Healthcare & Lifestyle Content)

Contract-Based | On-Site
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Required)
We’re looking for a videographer/editor to support ongoing healthcare and lifestyle shoots. This contract role is ideal for someone comfortable creating mobile-first social content while also capturing polished professional footage. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication, organization, and directing skills.

Time Commitment

1–3 half days per month on-site filming required (clinic, office, and lifestyle locations)

1–3 strategy or planning meetings per month

Approximately 10-15 hours of video edits

Responsibilities

Capture content using professional equipment (Reels, TikToks, Stories, BTS, short-form video)

Capture professional b-roll, cinematic, and talking-head footage

Film in healthcare and professional environments with a calm, patient-friendly presence

Follow provided shot lists and creative briefs

Ensure clean framing, lighting, and audio across both phone and camera content

Deliver organized all footage (clearly labeled by shoot and format) onto Google Drive

Edit and deliver high-tier editing with cinematic quality and/or complex video editing

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience

Must be based in Minneapolis, MN

Must maintain strong client relations (Directing shoots, communicating, etc)

Experience with podcast production is a plus

Strong editing skills, mobile and cinematic

Strong experience creating smartphone-based short-form video

Comfortable shooting both phone and professional camera footage

Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, or branded content preferred

Reliable, organized, and has great communication skills

Own professional video equipment (UNBOX STUDIO LLC will also have equipment)

Familiar with vertical video formats and social-first best practices
