Multi-Site Leasing Leader

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing and marketing activities at the property. You will partner with the Community Manager to set goals and craft a strategic plan to achieve target occupancy, while leading the leasing team to deliver successful showings and closings.
You will monitor market activity, manage retention programs, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires on-site presence and collaboration across departments to meet budgets and standards.
