Agile Strategist

Role Overview

T2 Group is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to develop an enterprise Agile strategy, governance framework, and implementation roadmap for healthcare IT teams. The ideal candidate combines executive leadership, Agile transformation expertise, and exceptional facilitation skills to build consensus among executive leadership and the Product Management Office.
What You Will Do

Assess current Agile practices, develop an enterprise Agile strategy, governance framework, implementation roadmap, and maturity model, and guide adoption across multiple healthcare application teams. Partner with leadership to establish enterprise standards, oversee implementation, and provide coaching to ensure a sustainable Agile operating model.
Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare IT, organizational transformation, or enterprise project delivery, and has led Agile transformations, governance initiatives, or large-scale organizational change programs. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies is required.
Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare IT, organizational transformation, or enterprise project delivery
5+ years leading Agile transformations, governance initiatives, or large-scale organizational change programs
Demonstrated experience developing Agile strategies, governance frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and maturity models
Experience leading healthcare organizations transitioning from Waterfall to Agile delivery models
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change without direct authority
Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms
