Studio Care Specialist

Bodē NYC, which was established in August 1999 as Manhattan's first Bikram Yoga Studio, has grown to include two locations and a diverse range of fitness classes, such as Hot HIIT™, Hot bodē flow, Sculpt, Pilates, and Yin Nidra.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Studio Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe, welcoming, pristine and pleasant environment for all clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties
The role involves day-to-day tasks focused on providing exceptional care and service to studio clients, ensuring a welcoming & pristine environment, and assisting with studio & facility operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Perform general cleaning tasks including laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, and other common areas.

Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.

Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.

Comfortable in a gym/fitness environment

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
