As the Multimedia/AV Technician, you will have a background in multimedia systems and AV support to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
Set up and operate multimedia equipment including microphones, video projectors, monitors, and recording devices.
Provide technical support for meetings, briefings, training sessions, and teleconferences.
Ensure AV systems are fully functional, properly maintained, and compliant with safety protocols.
Interpret customer needs to tailor technical solutions for presentations and events.
Test and troubleshoot integrated visual and audio content across multiple platforms.
Assist in the development and deployment of high-quality AV and multimedia solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless event execution and technical readiness.
Education & Experience
High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
Associate's degree with 8 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience.
Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
Knowledge & Skills
Proven expertise in AV systems and multimedia equipment operation.
Strong troubleshooting, testing, and integration skills.
Effective communication and independent problem‑solving abilities.
Experience supporting high‑level executive or secure environments.
Security Clearance
Top Secret SCI CI Polygraph required.
