Lighting & Controls Tech Support Engineer – Onsite

DMF Lighting is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Lighting & Controls) in Carson, CA to be the primary contact for technical inquiries related to our lighting fixtures and digital controls. You will troubleshoot issues, provide pre- and post-sales support, and escalate to engineering as needed.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role, an associate degree or technical certification, and a foundational knowledge of electrical systems and lighting controls.
