We are looking for a full-time, in office Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience. This is a diverse role in a fast-paced work environment, so the ideal graphic designer will be able to hit the ground running and work simultaneously on several different projects at a time. It is required that our graphic designers have a strong fundamental design background and an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support our clients. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. Work experience must be from a professional design studio or product development company.

Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for taking designs from conceptualization to implementation

Develop original concepts, as well as repurpose designs that have already been created.

You must be able to manage project schedules, priorities, and deadlines to meet customer demands.

Teamwork is how we run as a company, so you should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with other designers, marketing staff and sales.

This role is full-time and will require candidates to be on-site. To thrive with our team you will need to bring professionalism, hard work, patience, creativity and a positive attitude. Pay will be determined based on experience and skills.

Requirements

Degree in graphic arts or related creative field required

3 to 5-plus years of creative development

Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, typography, illustration and layout.

Adaptive design eye and skill

Able to prepare files for print and communicate with printers.

Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
