Bring DoD leadership, doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities expertise to operational requirements development for the client
Plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client’s operating force
Identify needed sensor capabilities and determine requirements to satisfy the needs and capabilities
Be a trusted advisor to clients
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes
Guide the work and solutions delivered for the Marine Corps client
