Responsibilities
Lead acquisition strategy across 6 clinical medicine disciplines
Define the vision and scope for each discipline
Build and maintain a network of authors and SMEs
Acquire content assets, secure revisions, and develop content suited for multiple digital platforms
Serve as the internal expert for assigned disciplines
Drive the transition of print reference titles toward digital products
Evaluate assets for suitability as structured data, clinical decision support modules, or AI training and verification corpora
Track portfolio performance metrics
Identify and cultivate partnerships with clinical AI developers
Develop business cases and licensing proposals
Represent the portfolio in partner conversations
Align with marketing and sales for content positioning
Requirements
3+ years of experience in medical or clinical reference publishing or a related field
Deep editorial judgment in medical or clinical reference content
Experience managing print-to-digital transitions or content licensing initiatives
Strong business development acumen
Project leadership skills
Familiarity with clinical AI, health IT, or clinical decision support ecosystems is a strong advantage
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
