Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth‑driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).

Responsibilities

Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff

Working a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week

Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)

Tracking studio budget

Addressing day‑to‑day maintenance needs

Processing payroll

Oversee inventory

Work 4–5 front desk shifts

Lots of cleaning – all day every day!

Lead teacher trainings

Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff

Hourly $25 - $31 per hour.
