Store Shift Leader & Customer Service Coach

Goodwill of North Georgia in Buford seeks a dedicated store supervisor to lead daily operations and act as key holder for opening and closing duties. You will ensure safety, service standards, and operational compliance across the shift.
You will coach and develop team members, assist donors and customers, resolve issues, maintain store appearance and records, and support department goals. Occasional store transfers within the territory may occur to meet business needs.
