Responsibilities

Own Legion’s organic growth number across various metrics

Build Legion’s SEO and AI-search strategy

Win visibility in SERPs and AI answer surfaces

Create authoritative content with clinician review

Own technical SEO aspects

Maintain AI-search crawl visibility

Own conversion from organic visit to appointment

Build dashboards that connect organic and AI-search visibility to key metrics

Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and trust

Build the operating system for organic growth

Requirements

4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content growth, or AI-search visibility

Direct ownership of organic growth tied to revenue, leads, bookings, or appointments

Deep technical SEO experience across various aspects including crawl/indexation, internal linking, and site architecture

Strong understanding of AI-search behavior across multiple platforms

Experience building AI-assisted content workflows

Strong healthcare judgment

Proficient with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/Semrush

Comfortable making lightweight code/content changes
