Retail Store Manager: Lead a Creative Customer Team

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day sales and store operations while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include coaching the sales team, tracking inventory and financial data, ensuring product availability, managing payroll and hiring, and promoting the Music & Arts lesson program.
The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience; 3–5 years retail experience is preferred.
