About the Role


The Company is seeking a Business Development Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and expanding revenue by creating business opportunities within their assigned territory. This role involves developing a deep understanding of client needs, educating internal teams to increase market share, and overseeing the customer life cycle to ensure organizational alignment. The BD VP will also be the primary liaison for both newly signed and existing accounts, engaging at all levels to sustain long-term relationships and drive the adoption of enterprise capabilities. The position requires a minimum of 5 years' of business development experience, with a proven track record of high performance, and the ability to multitask and manage numerous large clients while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Applicants for the Business Development Vice President position at the company should have a background in internal business development, such as a top-performing Practice Director, Branch Director, or account manager in a staffing organization. The role demands excellent collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly at the C-suite level.
