Project Overview
The selected candidate will primarily support

Project Revellio , a strategic initiative focused on transitioning Clients content moderation vendor engagements from a traditional

time-and-materials

pricing model to an

outcome-based

pricing framework. The program is a high-visibility transformation effort involving multiple cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end program management activities, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, project timelines, and risk management across multiple workstreams.

Coordinate and drive alignment among cross‑functional stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, Data Science, Operations, and external vendor partners.

Ensure successful execution of the pricing transformation program while managing interdependencies and maintaining project governance.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong

Program Management

experience with the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives.

Solid

commercial and financial acumen , particularly in vendor engagement models, pricing frameworks, and contract management.

Advanced proficiency in

Google Sheets

for forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and cost modeling.

The role is expected to comprise approximately

70% Program Management

responsibilities and

30% Operational/Workforce Management

activities.

While prior

Trust & Safety

experience is considered a plus, the Hiring Manager is open to candidates from

Operations, BPO, Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Technology Transformation, or Management Consulting

backgrounds who have successfully led large‑scale operational transformation programs.

Preferred Competencies

Experience managing vendor operations and business transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.

Experience presenting recommendations and strategic updates to executive stakeholders.
