Role Description
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact across a dynamic portfolio of brands including The Exchange Raleigh and Dewitt Carolinas. The ideal candidate is a strong critical thinker and a natural problem solver. Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day point person and project manager for a wide range of marketing initiatives, spanning both digital and print collateral production

Manage and grow social media accounts for The Exchange Raleigh and Dewitt Carolinas, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring

Act as the team's internal AI expert by identifying, implementing, and championing AI marketing tools to increase team efficiency and keep Dewitt ahead of the curve

Collaborate cross-functionally to bring marketing projects from concept to completion, on time and on brand

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in marketing or a related field

Strong social media skills across major platforms

Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular comfort in InDesign

Familiarity with AI marketing tools or a genuine eagerness to dive in and become the go-to resource
