Overview Stateside Brands is a rapidly growing spirits company focused on premium-quality beverages, including Surfside Iced Teas and Lemonades, Stateside Vodka, Stateside Vodka Sodas, and innovation brands like Super Lyte. The Senior Brand Photographer reports to the Social Media Manager and leads the creation of high-quality photography that supports social, e-commerce, marketing, and in-market channels. The role oversees the full shoot process from concept through final editing, capturing both studio product and lifestyle content. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, with a strong eye for storytelling and an interest in lifestyle and culture.
Responsibilities Plan and execute photography shoots that support brand, marketing, e-commerce, and cross-functional content needs, ensuring alignment with creative direction and business objectives.
Own the full lifecycle of photo production, including:
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and shot lists in partnership with internal stakeholders
Identify shoot goals, deliverables, and success criteria
Scout locations and secure permits and approvals
Casting, vetting, and coordinating models and talent
Sourcing props, wardrobe, and styling elements
Lead all on-set photography execution with strong creative and technical expertise
Edit and retouch imagery, delivering polished final assets optimized for multiple platforms
Capture both studio product photography and lifestyle imagery that elevates the brand and supports marketing, advertising, and e-commerce initiatives
Collaborate with the E-commerce team to produce high-quality product, lifestyle, and promotional imagery for merchandise launches, digital advertising, and online storefronts
Contribute original creative ideas and visual concepts to support campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand storytelling
Manage content production budgets, including shoot expenses, freelance support, and equipment
Maintain and manage the brand’s photography library, ensuring assets are properly archived, tagged, and accessible for future use
Travel to events, sponsorship activations, and key brand moments to capture real-time content
Ensure photography maintains consistent brand standards and evolves with current visual and cultural trends
Qualifications 5+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in-house with a brand, or within commercial, lifestyle, CPG, apparel, beverage, or agency environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating both lifestyle and studio photography, including product, people, and brand storytelling work
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Lightroom and Photoshop, including retouching, color correction, and asset preparation
Proven experience leading and executing full-scale photoshoots independently, from concept development through final delivery
Experience with studio lighting and grip equipment, as well as natural light and on-location shooting environments
Strong creative eye and ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual content
Experience producing content for digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, websites, and e-commerce
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams
Willingness and ability to travel for shoots, events, and brand activations as needed
Strong organizational skills and experience managing large volumes of digital assets
This role is full-time and based out of our Headquarters office in Greater Philadelphia
Military experience is a plus
Compensation Estimated Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors including skill, experience, and qualifications
The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package
