With our continued growth, we're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in our Morgantown, PA offices, located just a mile off PA Turnpike exit 298.


The Product Marketing Manager will plan and execute creative assets for all product support marketing materials, with a focus on go-to-market launches.


The successful Product Marketing Manager will develop a deep understanding of baby gear and take ownership over both strategy and execution within their categories, guiding how we translate our products’ features and benefits into compelling messages for both customers and consumers.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Strategy

  • Manage the new product launch process end-to-end, serving as the liaison and main point of contact for product rollouts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams gathering feature lists and creating competitive analysis to inform product messaging development.
  • Create product positioning proposals and messaging hierarchy to inform product storytelling and marketing strategy.
  • Oversee go-to-market schedule for new projects within assigned categories, ensuring all necessary marketing materials are created on time.
  • Responsible for being the subject matter expert and point of contact for brand, digital and creative teams on assigned product categories.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of existing product catalog in assigned categories.


Creative Direction

  • Forecast and plan all product marketing collateral for new projects including product photography, lifestyle photography, production artwork, messaging deck, ads, videos, and in store displays.
  • Create project briefs for in-house creative teams and manage all creative projects end-to-end, including on-site direction of photo and video shoots.
  • Communicate marketing collateral availability internally and externally to cross-functional teams and customers (distributors).
  • Lead all internal meetings related to creative for products within their categories.
  • Manage and optimize all marketing collateral for products already on the market, proactively updating as needed (website, videos, catalogs, feature lists, production artwork).


Photography & Videography

  • Responsible for execution of all product photo and video shoots, ensuring that all pre-production responsibilities are assigned and delegated as needed, acting as brand team lead on site for the shoot, and overseeing post-production process from the brand side.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education

  • Five (5) to eight (8) years of marketing experience, Consumer Packaged Goods preferred.
  • Previous product marketing experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with a multi-national company highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or other related field or equivalent combination of training and work experience.

Technology

Proficient knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project Management Software (Wrike preferred)
  • Able to learn new software with ease.


Other

  • Travel: Domestic & International up to 10%.
  • Ability to obtain a Valid Passport.
  • Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant, may include nights and weekends.
