Responsibilities
Develop and execute Channel Marketing strategies
Own the development and execution of showroom channel merchandising strategies that enhance brand presentation and drive sell-through performance
Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Digital, and Brand teams to ensure cohesive execution of channel strategies
Develop and execute annual showroom channel plans that increase partner engagement, brand visibility, and incremental revenue
Manage outside vendors for development and delivery of packaging and merchandising materials
Develop and manage trade shows and events including promotion plans and logistics
Utilize performance metrics to gauge program effectiveness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
4 - 7 years of business experience, including experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMG)
Ability to manage a diverse customer group and portfolio
Strategic thinking and planning capability
Superior presentation skills with a variety of audiences
Advanced interpersonal talents and written and verbal communication skills
Project Management experience within a milestone driven organization
Strong financial acumen including P&L experience
Solid MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
