Overview

UFC is the world’s premier mixed‑martial‑arts organization, producing over 40 live events annually and broadcasting to hundreds of millions of households worldwide.
Responsibilities

Edit content for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
Produce features, highlights, and promotional elements.
Support post‑production efforts of the UFC Branded Content team.
Post‑produce and manage edit schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with producers to create holistic project execution strategies.
Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Manage and mentor junior team members.
Perform additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of editing experience on short‑form and long‑form projects for linear television and/or digital and/or social media.
Strong grasp of the latest editing techniques and visual trends.
Proficient in HD workflow, Adobe Creative Cloud, and solid troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in motion graphics preferred.
Experience working for an ad agency, post‑production company, or creative team a plus.
Experience with 3D modeling and animation a plus.
College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent GED required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Maintains discretion with confidential information.
Basic administrative office computer knowledge on Mac and Windows workstations.
Experience in a brand or client‑facing environment preferred.
Experience in sports content creation or knowledge of MMA a plus.
Work hours typically Monday through Friday.
