Design Studio Administrator — Buyer Experience & Scheduling

Viera Builders, Inc. is seeking a full-time Design Administrator to support a fast-paced design studio.
You will manage the appointment calendar, tours, and help the Design Coordinators, Design Lead and Director of Design in daily operations. Responsibilities include handling Change Orders, coordinating cross-department communications, maintaining buyer documentation, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience during previews and reselections.
