Director of Business Development & Contact Center

Outova is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the daily operations of the Contact Center and Business Development teams across its brands. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop BDRs and contact center staff to achieve revenue and service goals.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in development, inside sales, or customer service, with a proven track record of driving growth, improving performance, and managing KPIs using data-driven insights.
