Sales Operations Manager - Inventory, AP & Team Lead

Motion Industries is seeking an Operations Manager to develop, manage, and deliver branch support for the sales organization in Elk Grove Village, IL. You will coordinate customer communications, pricing, invoicing, and branch inventory to keep orders flowing smoothly.
You will train sales staff, supervise 5–10 employees, and partner with the distribution network to resolve issues, improve service levels, and meet annual turn goals.
