Communications Associate

Responsibilities

Create and execute proactive communications plans that inform and unite employees

Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop content and news stories

Support content creation for intranet, newsletters, Slack channels, and digital screens

Coordinate and manage the internal communications calendar

Build communications for product launches, business partnerships, new market entries, and internal events

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant Communications experience

A passion for writing and the ability to craft clear and concise prose

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Positive, self-motivating attitude

High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

Creative mindset and fresh ideas to uncover future opportunities

Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
