Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Plan, write, and produce engaging text, images, and short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
Community Management:
Monitor social channels, respond to comments and direct messages (DMs), and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
Strategy & Scheduling:
Develop content calendars aligned with broader marketing campaigns and schedule posts for optimal timing and reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance metrics—such as engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates—to analyze campaign success and adjust strategies.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to keep the brand relevant.
Common Qualifications & Skills
Skills:
Strong copywriting, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva), video editing (for Reels/TikTok), and proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
