Social Media Digital Content Creator at Market America Inc Greensboro, NC

Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. You will also assist the Social Media Content Manager in creating and executing a content calendar. A deep interest in current social media trends is required to be successful in this role.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Create various forms of social media content—primarily short‑form videos, reels, and images—suitable for Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure each piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
Ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice.
Supervisory Responsibilities

None
Computer/Communication Skills

Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
Proven experience in creating engaging content on Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe.
Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.
Travel

Annual conference participation and related travel.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Normal office environment with little exposure to dust and weather conditions (cold, hot, humid).
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Regularly required to talk, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Raise and lower an object from one level to another, less than twenty (20) pounds.
Visual acuity must be a minimum of 20/40 (corrected) and normal hand/eye coordination.
Normal or corrected hearing.
Must be able to perform in an office environment where ninety percent of work is performed sitting.
Occasional long or irregular hours of work.
