Territory Provider Partnerships Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive field-based Partnership Manager to expand referrals in the Virginia-Arlington region for Sailor Health. You will build relationships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, and senior-focused organizations to educate them on Sailor Health’s services and referral workflows.
You’ll own territory growth, manage high-priority accounts, and drive outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
