Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day artist needs across the roster
Own and maintain artist calendars, schedules, logistics, and deadlines, keeping everything current in real time
Manage all incoming correspondence, scheduling, and communication on behalf of Artists and the Management team
Coordinate across touring, marketing, label, digital, and publicity teams, including with our major label partners
Handle logistics and advancement for touring, recording sessions, press, photo and video shoots, and promotional events
Support release and marketing asset timelines; manage and distribute assets across teams
Work closely with the digital/social team to build and execute consistent, on-brand content schedules
Manage merchandise operations end-to-end: design direction, ordering, inventory, settlements, and webstore coordination
Hire and communicate with band members, guest musicians, crew, and glam teams
Handle contracts, financial routing, and budget creation and reconciliation
Act as a calm, solutions-oriented presence when issues arise — on the ground and remotely
Provide quality control across all artist-facing communications and content
Travel as needed to support and represent Talent on shoots and at meetings
Provide in-person support for the roster of Artists as needed
Requirements
2+ years in a directly applicable full-time role: Day-to-Day Manager; Artist Manager; Product Manager; Publicist; Assistant to a high-powered CEO or public figure; or similar
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple artists or accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with high-profile contacts and industry partners
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong emotional intelligence
Keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment across genres — our roster spans country, pop, and beyond
Deep, evolving understanding of music, culture, and the modern media landscape
Comfortable navigating artist personalities with empathy, professionalism, and directness
Familiarity with Google Suite, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms
Tour Management and/or Graphic Design experience is a plus
