Position Summary
IT professional provides comprehensive first and second level support and assistance with all computer technologies, multi‑media, online and instructional activities. Provides faculty, student and classroom support for educational technology and educational software use in classrooms. Provides technical support for the clinical skills center and technologies.
Location

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hybrid: part‑time on‑site / part‑time off‑site)
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent in Multimedia or Computer Science related field (or equivalent). Five years of related education/experience considered.
3 years of experience with extensive computer use of presentation software and educational content development. Five years of related education/experience considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse individuals.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing environment and needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Education Technology, Multimedia Technology or Computer Science related field.
Experience with scheduling coordination and providing technical support in educational/academic environment.
Proficiency with graphics/video editing software, Blackboard, Vidyo and AdobeConnect.
Knowledge of computer operating systems, program experience, video camera and video editing software, and streaming media production.
Ability to work in consultation regarding online instructional materials.
Ability to learn new procedures and operation of technology.
