Qualifications

Associates Degree or BA in Graphic Design
Expert User of Adobe Suite
Self‑starter who can work independently
Strong quality control of work
Must be able to manage multiple fast‑paced, deadline‑driven projects
Team player with a positive attitude a must
Skills

Coloring site plans and elevations
Printing, binding, mounting boards for presentations and interviews
Managing the design portion of proposals, presentations, and other related materials
Designing ads, infographics, and other marketing tools
Layout of design review packets, feasibility studies, and more
Maintenance and regular creative updates of all marketing materials and templates
Ability to support a brand through correct adherence to standards and protocol
