Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the daily operation, coordination,execution, and support of video- and audio-enabled events,meetings, and conferences throughout the Tarrant County CollegeDistrict (TCCD).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements*
⦁ Leads all phases of video production for the College, includingdirecting, editing, lighting, audio, and field or studiooperations
⦁ Manages live streaming productions and virtual events, includingequipment setup, platform administration, and delivery throughvideo-on-demand systems, YouTube Live, Zoom, and MicrosoftTeams
⦁ Coordinates production team members and collaborates with campussupport departments to ensure successful project execution
⦁ Provides consultation and technical guidance to faculty, staff,and leadership on video production and live-streaminginitiatives
⦁ Recommends audio and video equipment, computer software andhardware, and materials for use in television productionfacilities

Service Excellence
⦁ Participates on behalf of the College in external communityorganizations and associations as assigned to support the essentialperformance requirements
⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, andfollows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of theworksite
⦁ Completes all required training and professional developmentsessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
⦁ Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of theCollege

Supervision
Works under the supervision of the assigned department leader

Required Minimum Qualifications:

⦁ Associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours and three (3)years’ working experience related to the Essential PerformanceRequirements; or any equivalent combination of education andwork-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Video Production or related field
⦁ At least one (1) year’s professional working experience in ahigher education environment
⦁ Adobe Certified Professional – Premiere Pro

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

⦁ Knowledge of video streaming platforms, device software, and theconfiguration and interconnectivity of video production equipmentand systems used to support large-scale live streaming events
⦁ Knowledge of video and audio production hardware, equipment, andrelated technologies used in multimedia productionenvironments
⦁ Knowledge of basic and advanced editing concepts and the codecs,file formats, and compression standards used in the creation anddelivery of digital media content
⦁ Skilled in performing and prioritizing multiple tasks seamlessly,ensuring accurate and timely completion while exhibiting strongattention to detail and organization
⦁ Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and buildingeffective interpersonal relationships, including strong listening,verbal, and written communication skills
⦁ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of ateam in collaborative environments, engaging with faculty, staff,and external stakeholders
⦁ Ability to coordinate assigned work, manage schedules andpriorities, and support campus and departmental operations
⦁ Ability to use computer applications and enterprise systems,including the Microsoft Office suite and the Microsoft 365platform
⦁ Ability to identify routine issues and escalate non-standardproblems using established procedures in a fast-paced workenvironment
⦁ Ability to consistently apply policies, procedures, andoperational guidelines to ensure accuracy, compliance, and qualityoutcomes
