Black Girl Vitamins is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to own email, SMS, and subscription programs, driving retention and lifetime value.
This hands-on role builds campaigns, manages segmentation, runs experiments, and analyzes results, reporting to the Director of Retention.
Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in lifecycle/CRM, experience with Klaviyo and Shopify, strong data skills, and a growth mindset in a fast-moving DTC brand.
