Pharma Order & Customer Experience Specialist

SERB Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Order and Customer Support Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end order management, customer inquiries, and replacement requests within a fast‑paced pharma environment. You will coordinate with Trade, Sales, Marketing, and 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate tracking, and superior service for clinical and commercial products.
Bachelor‑level education and 3–5 years of CS in pharma are required.
