Sales Representative

Sales RepresentativeFive Star Painting is a family-owned growing painting company. As a Sales Representative, you are a key team member upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.Specific Responsibilities:Drive sales through the growth of new and existing clientsComplete documents on time, such as: customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reportsMaintain quarterly sales quotaMeet with company provided leads to estimate cost of jobs and servicesFollow up with prospective customers by phone or emailEnsure that our customers' needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposalSchedule color consultants if necessaryJob Requirements:Strong written, presentation and public speaking skillsWork with minimal supervisionDetail-orientedPositive AttitudeProfessional appearance and personalityTeam player who can work independentlySell company provided leadsBenefits: Above industry standard compensation.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
