Dealership Outside Sales Rep - Denver or Salt Lake CityEastman is looking for an energetic seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-to-day and long-term territory management. This includes prospecting and cultivating relationships within the dealerships to bring in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.Location: Home office based in Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UtahResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory management plans to achieve growth targetsProactively identify and convert new dealership prospects into long-term strategic partnersMake follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell additional productsGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship buildingConduct follow-up calls with existing customers to cross-sell and up-sell additional productsManage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesService existing accounts, including order follow-ups, complaint resolution, credit concerns, and sample requestsProvide Voice of Customer feedback on product quality, performance, and service issuesCommunicate full product and service offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms to dealership decision-makersDeliver accurate sales forecasts and assist with sales analysisNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close business dealsUtilize CRM tools (SFDC) for opportunity management and reportingCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support dealership programsRecommend and implement marketing strategies within dealerships to strengthen brand presenceQualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience (10+ years preferred) BS/BA in a business-related discipline preferred Proven success in outside sales roles Experience with CRM systems and sales tools Automotive industry experience highly desirable Familiarity with new-vehicle dealership operations is a strong assetTraits: Passion for selling, tenacious, inquisitive, and customer-focused Further requirements specific to this role The ideal candidate can build and convey compelling messaging and value for the buyer at targeted customers. You should be a self-starter with the ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, our products, and any technical challenges. Above all, you will care deeply about the customer and delight in creating simple and elegant solutions that solve our customers' biggest challenges.Home location can be anywhere in the specified markets above. Responsible for F2F visits throughout the territory, 50%+ travel. Main areas of concentration are Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, Utah. Understanding of new-vehicle dealerships is a great asset. Automotive affinity and hands-on mentality are highly valued.The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000.
