Inside Sales Representative — FASTSIGNS Charlotte / South Charlotte

Are you energized by helping people solve problems? Looking for a sales role with structure, training, and real variety — where every project is different? FASTSIGNS is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries. You'll guide customers from initial conversation to delivered sign, turning first-time buyers into long-term clients.
What You'll Do
Greet and consult with walk-in, phone, and internet prospects in a clean, professional retail center
Develop and present product and solution recommendations using the FASTSIGNS sales process
Build estimates and orders in our point-of-sale system; coordinate production, pickup, delivery, and installation
Manage pre-order collections and basic AR follow-up on your accounts
Support marketing activities (database outreach, mailings) and routine administrative tasks
Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers
What We're Looking For
High-energy, outgoing, reliable, with a strong sense of urgency
Strong listener and organizer; clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable learning new products, software, and a structured sales process
Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
Graphic design experience is a plus, not required
