As a Director you will be responsible for:Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on behalf of private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellersPlan, manage, and lead multiple due diligence engagements and service teamsAct as primary client contact for the duration of the due diligence processConduct on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel at acquisition targetsAnalyze historical financial and operating results of target companies, explain business trends, and identify risksPrepare due diligence reports and presentations to clients which compile analyses and highlight key findings and recommendationsTrain, develop, and mentor lower-level staffApply TAS Best Practices to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and actively participate in the development of the group's Best PracticesGenerate new business opportunities for the group and the firmDevelop proposals, including budgets and scope of work, and present proposals to prospective clientsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalentCPA preferredMinimum of 6 years of audit, accounting, and financial due diligence experience requiredPrior experience dealing with lower middle market companies (&$250M in revenue)Solid working knowledge of US GAAPHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing aptitudeStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve unstructured problemsExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and manage multiple engagements at onceStrong relationship building and networking abilitiesDedication to the firm's Core ValuesIntellectual curiosity with the desire to continue to develop professionally
