Agentic AI Product Manager, Platform - Sales
Austin, Texas, United States Sales and Business Development

Apple's Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations (WW CSO) develops and deploys global sales programs to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and drive channel sales — with deep expertise spanning digital, physical, and people enablement. Within CSO, the Agentic AI Development team builds intelligent, agent-powered experiences for Channel Sales. This is a startup environment within Apple, and the products we build have direct, measurable business impact across multiple GEOs worldwide. We're investing in the platforms and infrastructure that let teams across our worldwide sales organization build, run, and scale AI agents. This is the foundation a fast-growing portfolio of agentic products is built on.

Description
We're looking for a senior product manager to own our agentic AI platform as a product — its vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements. This is the infrastructure that lets teams build, deploy, and run AI agents at scale. You'll define what gets built and why. You'll translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize relentlessly for how quickly a user reaches a working result, and partner closely with engineering to ship. You'll grow the ecosystem around the platform — the reusable components, integrations, and capabilities that make teams productive. This role is a blend of technical and product thinking. You'll own the prioritization of the roadmap and capabilities — runtimes, APIs, integrations, and tool use — and translate fluidly between business need and engineering reality. You'll be the voice of every user, from the non-technical person who just wants to run an agent to the engineer who builds one from scratch.

Responsibilities

Own the agentic AI platform as a product — vision, strategy, roadmap, and the product requirements engineering builds against

Own the full experience of how agents are built, configured, deployed, and run on the platform

Translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped product requirements with clear success metrics

Define the platform's core models — deployment, customization, and governance — so teams can self-serve safely

Grow the ecosystem around the platform — reusable components, connectors, integrations, and capabilities that make teams productive

Enable teams to build and deploy agents across multiple languages and regional contexts

Partner closely with engineering to sequence and ship the roadmap

Define and track the platform's success metrics — adoption, active usage, and how quickly a new user reaches their first working result

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of product management, including platform or developer-platform products shipped to production

Track record owning a product from vision through requirements through launch

Strong technical fluency — comfortable holding runtimes, APIs, integrations, and data models in your head, and translating between business needs and engineering implementation

Excellent written communication — crisp product requirements, specs, and roadmaps that engineering can build from without rework

Track record of shipping products with measurable impact

Preferred Qualifications

Built an internal developer platform, infrastructure product, or ecosystem where others build on top of what you ship

Familiarity with agentic AI and large language model (LLM) systems — agent authoring, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-use and integration frameworks

Experience defining platform governance and customization models

Experience with multi-tenant customization models (configuration overlays, forking, versioning)

Experience shipping to global, multilingual, multi-region audiences

Apple experience a plus — familiarity with how Apple's worldwide sales and regional teams operate

Comfort with ambiguity and startup-like environments inside a large organization

Background in retail, commerce, training/enablement, or enterprise operations domains
