Job Summary
As a Shopper Marketing Manager for Nestlé Coffee & Beverage Division, you will design and execute campaigns that drive shopper behavior and increase sales of Nestlé products at Walmart.
Key Responsibilities
Lead omni‑shopper marketing agenda for Walmart for selected Nestlé Coffee and Beverage brands.
Partner with Brand teams to align Walmart campaigns with division strategies and priorities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement Walmart‑specific strategies, optimize omni plans, and report on campaign performance.
Manage relationships with customer‑specific agency teams and Retailer Media Networks to maintain performance accountability.
Manage agency partners and vendors, including briefing, audience strategy evaluation, tactical activation plans, and creative.
Lead development of shopper programming with an omnichannel approach (Paid Search, digital media, in‑store).
Build compelling presentations to aid Sales partners in securing retailer support.
Steer strategic retailer‑specific annual planning for brands, aligning with identified problems and division priorities.
Execute test‑and‑learn plans to improve business performance.
Maintain relationships and deliver presentations to gain buy‑in and drive results (e.g., annual planning, retailer line reviews, sales and site merchandising meetings, investment requests).
Effectively manage the retailer‑specific omni‑shopper marketing budget, covering working and non‑working dollars.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of CPG brand, marketing, sales, and/or shopper marketing experience; 4+ years in a shopper marketing role preferred.
Intermediate to advanced analytics, digital, and omni‑commerce knowledge.
Strong collaborator and communicator with storytelling skills.
Experience leading marketing and shopper communication initiatives.
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Understanding of omni‑channel environment and Retail Media Network investment.
Understanding of US retailers and go‑to‑market strategies.
Project management and initiative‑driven.
Financial acumen for budget management, ROI analysis, and optimization.
Data‑driven insight generation to influence shopper behaviors.
Excellent written and verbal communication; advanced MS Office skills.
