Job Overview
Full-time position requiring a hybrid work schedule (in-office and on-location) at VaynerMedia NY headquarters in Hudson Yards, NYC.

Responsibilities

Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats and output.

Work directly with internal agency partners as the production voice to assess project feasibility, approach, risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities.

Own end-to-end production for 360 campaigns by building budgets with talent, locations, schedule, and post considerations in mind, with budgets ranging from $100k-$500k+.

Lead in hands‑on production bidding and step in as a line producer when required.

Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post‑production professionals, etc.

Communicate effectively across all departments, understanding what each team needs to succeed.

Execute flawless production plans across film, social, digital, print, experiential/events, post‑production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, and custom fabrication of influencer kits.

Serve as the client‑facing production lead within the fully developed agency team assigned to each campaign, collaborating closely with Business Affairs for contracts and agreements.

Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables.

Qualifications

5-8+ years of advertising production experience, including bidding, budgeting, and managing complex productions.

Working knowledge of union and non‑union considerations.

Willingness to travel as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Collaborative communicator with the ability to manage pressure and extremely tight deadlines.

Proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven decision maker.

Proven experience and relationships in experiential, event‑based activation, live‑streaming, OOH/DOOH.

Experience with line production on live‑action shoots.

Experience with post‑workflow and software (Adobe Creative Cloud).

Technical knowledge across production to post, understanding on‑ground realities of production execution.

Experience with emerging AI tools and integration into standard production is a plus.

Base Salary: $95,000—$120,000 USD.
