Job Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in generating demand through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (PPC), content marketing (collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality content that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs), HubSpot CRM content and lead nurturing campaigns), management of the global social media calendar, and provide website and digital marketing reporting and data‑driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. This position plays a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience and generate measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
Propose and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook).
Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and target audience.
Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, audience targeting, and budgeting.
Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
Email Marketing
Propose and execute email marketing campaigns (supporting events, newsletters, promotional emails, automated sequences) using email marketing platforms.
Segment email lists, personalize content, and A/B test subject lines and calls to action.
Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research and analysis to identify relevant terms and phrases.
Optimize website content, meta descriptions, titles, and other on‑page elements for search engine visibility.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about algorithm updates and best practices.
Strategy & Planning
Contribute to the planning of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display advertising, etc.) in alignment with overall marketing goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Assist in setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and track progress against goals.
Contribute to the development of buyer personas and customer journeys.
Content Marketing (with LLM Integration)
Collaborate with the content team to plan, create, and distribute high‑quality content across various digital channels (blog posts, articles, whitepapers, social media updates, website copy, etc.).
Actively explore and leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI writing tools to brainstorm ideas, generate drafts, optimize headlines, craft social media captions, and enhance content efficiency, while maintaining brand voice and ensuring factual accuracy and originality.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with campaign objectives.
Promote content effectively across various digital channels.
Implement strategies to maintain content quality and brand voice when utilizing AI tools.
Reporting & Analysis
Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Provide data‑driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Present findings and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Liberal Arts.
Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA preferred.
1‑2 years experience in digital marketing analytics, analysis of marketing data and development of CRM lead nurturing content to support sales.
Working experience with SEO, LLMs, HubSpot, Google Analytics / Google Search Console.
Data‑driven approach with ability to measure and communicate impact.
Strong organizational, time‑management, coordination and communication skills.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strategic thinker capable of translating insights into actionable programs.
Strong partnership mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
Additional Information
Salary range is $65,000 to $80,000.
Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
