The client is an online fitness coaching business helping men achieve athletic results through personalised online coaching and programming. Social media is a key driver of their business, and they're looking for someone who can help strengthen their online presence while supporting their growing client community.
Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Repurpose existing video content into engaging reels, carousels and social posts.
Plan and schedule content calendars.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand.
Publish and schedule content across social platforms.
Respond to comments and engage with followers.
Engage with relevant accounts to help grow brand awareness.
Monitor social media performance and provide regular analytics reports.
Assist with community engagement and audience growth.
Provide light client support via Telegram by checking in with existing clients and escalating important matters where required.
Identify opportunities to improve content performance and engagement.
Minimum 3 years' experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram best practices.
Experience creating engaging reels and carousel content.
Confident using social media scheduling tools.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest ideas.
Experience within the health, fitness or coaching industry.
Experience using Go High Level.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Experience providing customer or community support.
