To drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Strategic Programs VP will provide thought leadership across business units, develop a Partner Channel program, and ensure alignment among sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic Partner Channel program to enhance revenue opportunities
Collaborate with Sales leaders to align resources and ensure successful onboarding and training for partners
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales processes and improve partner satisfaction

Required qualifications

BA/BS required; Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred
10+ years of experience in a Channel or Go-to-Market leadership role
Strong business acumen with proven planning skills and executive presence
Passion for healthcare, financial services, or behavioral economics
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and prioritize effectively
