We are seeking a Senior Home Repair Specialist with strong experience across multiple trades. This role is ideal for a professional who can independently complete projects, mentor other craftsmen, and represent our brand with professionalism in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of home repairs and improvement projects

Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to homeowners

Complete jobs efficiently with attention to detail and quality

Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Document work using mobile tools (ServiceTitan)

Mentor junior craftsmen when needed

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications

5+ years residential experience preferred

Strong skills across multiple trades

Ability to work independently and problem solve

Professional appearance and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to pass background check

Own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed)

Comfortable using a mobile app for job documentation
