AEC Marketing & Proposals Coordinator

IEA Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, graphics, and interview preparations within set deadlines. The role collaborates with Marketing and Engineering staff to develop qualifications statements and proposals using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with internal teams and subconsultants to produce compliant, high-quality submittals. Prior AEC industry exposure is a plus.
