Mattel, Inc. is seeking an Associate Toy Marketing Manager for the Monster High Global Brand Team in El Segundo, CA.
You will own end-to-end toy portfolio strategy and drive product development from concept through launch, collaborating with Design, Packaging, Development, Finance, Brand Strategy, and regional teams. You will build 3–5 year roadmaps, lead pricing and competitive positioning, and deliver strategic presentations to senior leadership.
