CONTENT WRITER

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Concept and write across all formats: websites, thought leadership blog posts, social media, digital and print ads, video scripts, email campaigns, and whatever else comes your way

Collaborate closely with graphic designers to develop integrated creative

Translate complex client industries, products, and services into clear, compelling, audience‑centric copy

Interpret creative briefs and bring original thinking to every project

Present and defend your creative concepts with confidence

Adapt your voice and tone across multiple client brands and audiences

Produce copy that's clean, on‑brief, and client‑ready, with no major revisions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of copywriting or content writing experience, agency environment strongly preferred

Writing samples that prove range of expertise

Strong conceptual thinking: you don't simply write, you ideate

The ability to defend a concept in review and take feedback without losing the point of view that got it there

The ability to write in multiple brand voices

Exceptional attention to detail. Your work is clean before it leaves your hands

Comfort working fast and iterating without losing quality

A direct, professional communication style. You give and receive feedback well

We use AI as a creative tool, not a shortcut. We expect our writers to direct AI to use it for research, ideation, drafting frameworks, and acceleration, while producing copy that is original and free from AI drift and language structure.
