This role is pivotal in leading the strategy and execution of community engagement, events, sponsorships, and school partnerships across multiple markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing a comprehensive, market-facing approach that enhances the company's brand presence, trust, and growth outcomes. This includes translating enterprise priorities into locally relevant strategies, ensuring community investment is intentional and measurable, and maintaining a strong, authentic, and consistent brand presence. The VP will also serve as the primary external brand representative, building and sustaining executive-level relationships with various community and business leaders.
