Overview

Join Zeta, a network of schools dedicated to high academic achievement and social-emotional development, as we expand our network of elementary and middle schools across New York City. Zeta seeks a results‑oriented operations professional to support our growing Pre‑K‑8 model.
Location & Work Schedule

Network Office: 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Hybrid: in‑office Tuesdays–Thursdays; optional remote Mondays/Fridays.
Responsibilities

Remove roadblocks and barriers for Operations Teams through proactive problem‑solving.
Project manage operational components of specific network‑wide initiatives to pursue operational excellence across schools.
Lead the piloting of new, innovative systems across Zeta with the goal of creating scalable solutions across sites.
Create strong, scalable, well‑documented systems for various components of school operations.
Contribute to the leadership of the organization‑wide Operations team, including leading trainings and long‑term operational planning.
Support teammates and take on new projects and tasks as needed as part of a lean start‑up team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
4‑6 years of experience in operations within schools or managing projects for a schooling organization.
Strong project‑management skills and expertise in building operational systems.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, train staff, and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 – $145,000. Eligible for an annual discretionary, merit‑based performance bonus.
